Hi,

I am trying to log on but my access is being blocked. I'm travelling and so I am accessing through a new network. I am not using a VPN.

This is the message I'm getting

Network Blocklisted​

A VPN, TOR, or other technology was detected. Requests from these services are blocked.

My IP is: IPv4: ? 190.80.XXX.XXX

ISP: Compania Dominicana de Telefonos S. A.
City: Bayahibe
Region: La Altagracia
Country: Dominican Republic

Please unblock my access. Thanks

the fact your traveling away from the original ip address you signed up with can cause this.
whether your using a mobile service/vpn/tor or proxy it changes your ip address at times.
other causes could be moving from country to country, youd be assigned a new ip address.
and likely get a new ip that has been blocked because its a different country.

staff can check this and reply to your post when they have a chance to see it.

Any of the staff had a chance to look at this yet? This is the code I'm getting. Please help. I need to get access.

your error code suggests an ip asn is blocklisted (group of ip addresses are blocklisted)
staff will need to review this when they have a chance.

So, it's been over a week since I've been locked out. Is there a better way to get staff attention?
