With free accounts/users support/staff do NOT reply right away.
it can be a week before you get a reply on free accounts.
even support staff is not to fast on replying to things on the free forums.

I heard they reply faster if the account was paid/premium.
but i can not verify that as i am a free user too.
im just around more often then others are. IMO

All i can suggest is wait a few days, if no reply email them again.
sooner or later they will reply or a staff member will
when they get around to check the forums.
