"Access is restricted to your hosting account"

I've just logged in today - or rather tried to, after a few days absence and was shown this error message:

Access is restricted to your hosting account. The restriction is due to a substantial link having been discovered between your account and another account with a history of abuse activity.

I have no connection to any abusive members; what is going on?

they can check stuff like emails and data that may look similar to an old acount they booted due to it abusing the free server set up and outside of there terms of service ! good luck with getting anything out of the admins as they seems to be ! well not here thats for sure !
