You said anything about why I can't get my files back. You didn't say anything about mysql database. I already have my files back, only thing I need is the database, which I really need to access IPB, since it gives me Driver Error.
(not really good with this one so pls no h8)
or can I import my IPB without the database? well it gives me driver error

Technically, the database is a database file.

You were previously directed to the Terms of Service, which states (in section 7):

Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or in part to an account holder that has been suspended.

You will not be granted access to the database.
