Access to CPanel

Before this, I have had no problems accessing FTP or CPanel. Recently (The last 3 days or so), I have been repeatedly told the maximum FTP users are logged in. Why can't I access anything on my website through FTP? I need to make some changes to a few things, and it is much easier through FTP. Also, I can log into CPanel, but applications (specifically the File Manager) doesn't load, and if it does, it takes a very long time (5-10 minutes). Is there something wrong on my end, or is it a server issue?

Nothing is wrong on your end. It means the maximum amount of global users on the server was reached. Starka's a bit unhappy at the moment, someone's looking into it.

Thanks for the quick response. I haven't been with x10 for too long, so I'm not familiar with how they work. Do you have any idea how long it will be down/not responding for?

I wouldn't have much of an idea. Someone is looking into the problem though, so it should be resolved soon.
