Access to my site.

Hello there,

I'm still having problems accessing my site. When I try to access it using firefox on Kubuntu, for example, the browser reports "connecting to inglesencaracas.x10hosting.com", but I get no access to the site. I don't enter the forum because I am on the plan that you pay 3$ and don't have to enter the forum every month. Please help.

what sever you are now? if you website is on cossacks, all users on cossacks has been transferred to a new server.
