Access to phpmyadmin not been granted so cannot connect to database.

Hi. Sorry to bother but I have a small issue. I am not able to get access to the database using myphpadmin. It give an error '#1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server'. I have tried using my account login details too but no success.

Please help and thanks in advance
