Accessing My Cpanel via proxy

Hi,please I'm browsing the internet via a proxy server but even if I can log in to my account,I can't access my Cpanel.I always get an error message.Please help.What can I do? How can I login to my Cpanel via my proxy server?

It says "The proxy server is refusing connections" And I'm sure it is not from the proxy.What should I do? Please help.

It is possible that your proxy server has a firewall that is blocking Port 2083. Obviously this is out of x10Hosting's control.
