Hi,

How am I able to access my MySQL databases through navicat?

I've tried adding my IP to the "Remote MySQL" option in cPanel, but it keeps giving me an error that it is unable to connect to that host in Navicat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Then how am I suppose to import a database that is about 30mb in .sql form?

phpMyAdmin just gives a fatal error saying the 300 execution was over the limit or something.

Please upload the database to your home directory. After doing this tell us the name of the .sql file, and the name of the database you want it to be imported.
An Administrator will import it from the command line.

Ok, that sounds great. I will let you know the file's name after it's completely uploaded.

Thanks again.
Edit:
Ok, it's uploaded now.

Database: cwarcraf_wom
File Name: womforum080708.sql

Thanks.

I have imported this database. Since you are also using PHP I would suggest you upgrade to intermediate PHP at http://x10hosting.com/login

It will give you more PHP features and higher limits.

Since this seems to be resolved I am going to close the thread. If you need further assistance feel free to re-open this thread or create a new one.
