Accidental Suspension

I received a notice that you accidentally suspended my account and that I need to open a support ticket to get it returned.

Here is the support ticket request. Please put me back online.

Nevermind. I unsuspened myself.
However, I was apparently suspended for inactivity....but I have looked at the account several times in the last week. This is the second time it has happened recently. Can you fix it?

Only logging into our forums (http://x10hosting.com/forums) does count as activity, and the requirement is to login at the forums at least once every 31 days.

Logging into account panel, cPanel, ftp etc won't count in this case.
