Accidentally deleted important folders

I accidentally deleted some folders I wasn't supposed to delete. Could someone recreate it or reset it some kind of way?

Hello,

The most we can do is reset the default folders and files your account requires to run properly. If you deleted anything else, you'll have to recover those yourself. It's advised to keep your own backups of your website.

I've run the restore script and it seems all that was missing from the required/default folders was public_html/cgi-sys
