Account Access

Hi,

I tried to login to my account but I got this message:

We've detected that a proxy or VPN is being used to access your account.

This may be because I'm accessing my account from my work where there is a proxy. I may not need the account anymore and was thinking about closing the account anyway.

What's the best way to go with this?

If you simply just leave the account and do not login the hosting account will terminate itself eventually.

Otherwise there's an option to delete the account from within the settings (only visible after you have chosen to open cPanel).

Forum and client account would always remain though, regardless on how you delete your hosting account.
