Account activation problem

I just got a confirmation mail from ul stating that my account has been activated and the log in credentials of the account were also given.. But when I use those details, the system says that the user does not exist..

My user name is tripti61 and url I use to log in is http://x10hosting.com/account FYI: the cpanel works fine, jus that I am unable to log into my account...

To log into x10hosting.com/account, you must use your forum login, not your cPanel!
If you still have a problem with this issue, you are able to reopen your topic if necessary.
