account activation

hi i have been waiting nearly 2 days for my hosting account to be activated can somebody tell me if there is something wrong? Thanks

Hi there, the systems are having a few issues at the moment, as far as I'm aware admins have been notified. Also, you are using the support forums by contacting us

Hi thanks for the reply i am using the forums because it wont allow me to submit a ticket. My site has now been activated so thank you however i am not able to upload anything as i get a 503 server error?
