account assistance please!

Hi, I went to the support chat to look for assistance and they (Nathan) said that I would need someone with more authority to help me with my problem... which is this:

'cbooksynd.x10hosting.com' has two accounts "fraggle" (which I never use) and "supermitten" (which is the one I logg in with every time.

I need to get rid of user 'fraggle' and make 'cbooksyn' the primary space on the server. (right now both index.html files are active and it's messing up my DNS)

help? advice?

Are those all different cPanel accounts? If yes, how many do you have?

I am able to log into cPanel with 'fraggle' and 'cbooksyn' so ...

two. I have two.

supermitten is the username I login to my main account and the forums with.

actually.. I'm trying to log on with 'cbooksyn' (the one that I have been using) and have been unsuccessful in doing so. For fun I tried the 'fraggle' cPanel account.. and it seems to be loading but nothing ever shows up. But ... that's not the one I've been using primarily, nor do I want to be using it anymore.

so there's another problem. :S

EDIT: I've figured out why I couldn't log in... the 'cbooksyn' account was suspended because 'I must log into the forums every two weeks'... which is untrue because I was online working on the site and asking questions on the forum TWO DAYS AGO!!!

The problem is that your forum account is linked to "fraggle" not "cbooksyn." To clean this up, please confirm that you'd like to terminate the "fraggle" account by using this form: http://forums.x10hosting.com/upgrad...de-downgrade-delete-your-hosting-account.html After your other account has been terminated, please post back in here to have your other account linked to your forum account.

Just confirm this.

We will remove the account fraggle, all data will be lost. After that we will then link the account "cbooksyn" to this forum name. If this is correct please confirm it in this thread and we will continue.
