Account Backend Non-Retreivable?

Hey guys, I don't know if this belongs here, but, when I log into the website(not the forums), I get this error message.


"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."


Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how posting in the forums is gonna fix this? Or, am I supposed to open up a ticket with this information and they're supposed to fix it?

I personally sent in a ticket, no reply yet, this is probably a problem for quite a couple of people... something general I guess... I get the same exact message... not noobish at all if it wont let you into your account XD

I got answered on my ticket that they are doing their best to sort out their backend as soon as possible, they told me not to worry.
