My account is blocked , due to uploading a pissing website, I was just trying .... I have deleted that file .. Now, How can i activate my account technozone.elementfx.com

What is the suspension reason? Inactivity, or other? Please click view suspension report in the account panel after logging in with your forum username and password http://x10hosting.com/login.php then paste here what it says next to 'suspended'.

Phishing is a serious breach of TOS as that would count as illegal content, I will move your thread to ticket area for an administrator to deal with it.
Note though that normally we do not unsuspend accounts with such serious breach of TOS.
