Account being suspended every 3 days.

Hello,

Until about 1 week ago, I was a very happy customer and I liked your services, then one day, my account got suspended for being inactive,I then unsuspended it, 3 days later (Which is today btw) it got suspended AGAIN for the same reason. That's not 2 weeks :/. How can I avoid this problem?

Activity is counted when you login to forums not to your account or cpanel.

So you have to login to x10 forums every 31 days otherwise it will be suspend for inactivity.
