Account blocked

Hi, I've just created an account for the free hosting service, but when I tried to log in it says my password contains my username and therefore it's blocked...now I need to register for a new account, but my email is already taken (by my first account), any solution?

your forum account is unlinked to any cPanel username. which inhibits us from looking further into your problem.
if you could provide us with your cPanel username a administrator can assist you.

it seems that my cpanel account got removed...
it was flsg
when I try to log in it now it says:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.
etc etc...

Might be only unlinked. Are you sure the flsg is your cpanel username, Check again,

yes I'm pretty sure of it. My cpanel name is flsg and my forum name is flsgflsg
after I activated my account, they told me my password cannot contain my username, and asked me to register a new one
