Account blocked

My account with username ajs(http://ajs.x10hosting.com) has been suspended for every minute cron.I am not able to login to delete the cron.Pls delete it and make my account active again,and let me know if cron is allowed ,if so how often??

Last time I have solved my `account blocked` problem by live chat.Is that facility not available right now??


Can u please start a process of giving warnings before suspending accounts??

Your site was suspended for running crons at every minute. The minimum time to run a cron is 5 minutes. If you agree to this, I will unsuspend your account. And like we have been telling for months, we do not have a warning system in place. You will need to read up the TOS, and follow all its terms. And the IRC chat is still available, i.e if you find any staff member there.

I agree with that.Pls do so, as I need it urgently, I have been treying yo find some one in chat for past 8 hours, but yet to find one there.
