Account broken after adding domain

Hello,
I attempted to add a new domain to my account and there was an error directing me to this doc: https://docs.directadmin.com/direct...ellers.html#unable-to-read-the-user-data-file

Now when I log into my main account I see the following message on my services page:

Domains​

Could not find any domains associated with this service
-----------

Also, if I try to log into the hosting service account directly I am shown the following message:

Error: document not found​


Thank you for your assistance.

files uploaded to your public_html will show here.

Yes, thank you. But currently there is nothing but the default file in the public_html folder, so I want to upload my content. However I am unable to do that or access the DirectAdmin controls to manage the site.

I am able to log in successfully at: https://saturnstudio.x10.bz:2222 but I receive the Error: Document not found error that I referred to above.

Try logging here: https://x10hosting.com/login and enter the control panel with the button. You will need to add SSL before saturnstudio.x10.bz:2222 will work. Or try login here: https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/
Thanks, I tried those login urls but the result is the same.
The login page accepts my credentials and I am logged in. The problem is that after I log in it says Error: Document not found.

There is no longer a control panel in my account. The user data file associated with my DirectAdmin account is apparently damaged according to the error message I received when trying to add a domain.
