My account was a "Static" plan and was in the sustained server. But since x10 made some changes, and now my account is in the "Ad Enhanced (cossacks)". I refer to the hosting pages, it appears that "Ad Enhanced" is required to put advertisement codes on the site, so does this means i had to put ads now?... And erm, what happen to sustained server? Is it gone?...

There is a "static" package on the Ad-Enhanced server. I would believe you would of been placed there, which then requires no ad placement.

Yes, in all thoughts about it - the "Sustained" server was discontinued. ( It was turned into the ad-free or something - I saw a post about it a while back, just can't focus enough to find it at this point )

There was not enough interest in the sustained server to justify the cost of it.

If you want the adFree package, we can move you to another server and you can get that, the features are better, I think (The DB's are higher).

I think the transfer should be done by now since i can already login into cPanel, but when i went to my site, i got a "Great Success ! Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server" page instead.

Sorry but i think the transfer was unsuccessful? or something, i dunnoe... Can someone kindly have a look at it. Thanks.

Works for me, do you have a domain you're having issues with?

We want it going to: 74.86.133.24

I just fixed some entries for it so try flushing your DNS, once it points to 74.86.133.24 it should work.
