Account created but domain still available and cpanel unavailable

As in my titel,
I have created an account on x10hosting, but there was appereantly something wrong, because i received 2 mails:

Congratulations, your x10Hosting Ad-Free hosting account has been successfully created. Your account details are as follows: 
 
[B]Username:[/B] on5sl
[B]Password:[/B] ********
[B]Domain:[/B] bram.x10Hosting.com
[B]Hosting Package:[/B] Adfree
[B]E-mail:[/B] [EMAIL="************@hotmail.com"]************@hotmail.com[/EMAIL]

After this e-mail i received another one with:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.
 
The error that occurred was: 
 
The domain 'bram.x10hosting.com' is already in use.

I can login on http://x10hosting.com/login, but the cpanel doesn't work, i can't login. Also the domain bram.x10hosting.com is still available after more then 24hours...

Can someone help me with this?​

Try to waite 24 hours, (I think the account gets deleted if not activated within 24 hrs.) and sign up again.. I'm not sure this will help thou.. sorry..
