[Note: I've already sumbitted a ticket, but I've recieved no answer, so I posted the problem here. There are two tickets width exactly the same content, but one is in english (KHZ-398535) and the other, in spanish (WIP-907606).]

I'm from Argentina, and I'm trying to create an account. The problem is that I can't acces to the registration process (from my home). In spite of that, I could access to the registration process (using the same laptop) but from my work place. After finishing it, I get the following error (once the account is almost created):

" An error occurred while processing your hosting account request. The error that occurred was fatal to the request and unable to be resolved automatically. The error details provided are the following: The error that occurred was a system-related error.
The error code provided is: ERRT93061 Because of this error, you must sign up for an account again. If you've received this message more than once, please create a support ticket and you will be assisted. "

Information such as cpanel username, server, and other requested in the knowledgebase is in the ticket.

Soy de Argentina, estoy tratando de crear una cuenta pero no puedo acceder al proceso de registro desde mi casa. Sin embargo, desde mi trabajo, puedo registrarme, pero me da el siguiente error luego completar la creacion de la cuenta (es la segunda vez que me ocurre):

La información requerida en la knowledgebase (como nombre de usuario de cpanel, servidor, etc.) está en el ticket.

You did the right thing raising a support ticket.
There have been some server changes going on at x10hosting in the last week or so, and these should be resoved soon.
The error that you have received is one that other members have been getting, Please be patient, and wait for the server changes to be completed.
Keep checking the NEWS section for updates, and the Community Support section so that you feel less alone! Many of us are having difficulties right now

Someone else on x10Hosting's IRC reported the same issue that you're seeing here last night. You took the right action by creating a ticket, so stick to the ticket until the account is created.
