Account Creation Error

Hi,
I had registered for free hosting, but was errored in the process. This forum account works fine, but when I try my user/pass on the main x10hosting site, it stated the following:
"If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again."
I cannot signup for the account again since the process disallows me to chose the same username/email again.

Yea I'm logging in my forum user/pass. The error message I quoted comes up.

EDIT: I understand that my different account user/pass is only for cpanel.
