Account Creation failed but registered my email

Hi there, my account creation failed but it still registered my email so when I try to recreate the account I can't use my email address?!

it's probably because my password was the same as my username (it stated this as an error) so changed it but it still failed to create my account

can anyone help?

Normally you should have the hosting account linked to the forum account. See if this did not creating the hosting account.

I think this issue meets the requirements to be escalated to a support ticket, so x10 staff and admins can check your issue. You can view the status of this ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com after logging in with your forum username and password (click view open tickets). Please note it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply, so please be patient, as staff are extremely busy, and work very hard to keep x10 running smoothly.
