Account Creation Failed

Hi,

I created a free account with you, received the confirmation email, and was awaiting its processing. It failed, and asked me to recreate the account. However, as I started to do this, it no longer accepted my email address: The email address you have supplied is not available.

I'm sorry for posting such a repetitive question.

Simply click the next tab in the list. This issue should be resolved with the next version of the sign-up process.

Thanks xav, for your quick response and your help.

So I did that, and it worked fine, however, I got the same error again:

The error that occurred was a system-related error.

The error code provided is: ERRM98043

Is there anything else to do other than recreating the account again?

Sorry for the inconvenience, we are aware that sign-ups currently fail for some. We can however create the account manually for you.

This Ticket is Escalated to Staff.

Click on colored bar above and go to your newly created ticket.
Remember to Login with forums username and password to view your ticket.

Enter your desire account detail there..Staff will create your account manually..
cPanel Username: (Limit 8 characters)
Subdomain/Domain: (yourdomain.com or yourname.x10hosting.com)
Contact E-mail:
Default Site Language: (allowed are English, Spanish, or French)
If you agree to the Terms of Service place an x here ()
