It looks like my new account creation keeps failing. I keep receiving an error. What's the problem?

So what does this mean. This looks to be more trouble then it's worth.

I understand the frustration you are feeling. X10 is currently in the process of making some major improvements to hardware and service and the process is causing some intermittent temporary problems. The problems like the one you are experiencing usually go away in a few hours. And your patience will be rewarded with some great service.
