Account Deleted/Suspended?

Hello, My Website is ibook.pcriot.com and I was trying to update my wordpress blog only to find out that the ftp info was denied. Then I went to the site itself and It was the "Domain Available" site. Can someone please HELP!

If you run windows, try running "ipconfig /flushdns" and clearing your webcache..

Ok, I have a Macintosh running Tiger and Reseted Safari and that fixed it!

Nope there it went again for absolutlely no reason! I mean seriously guys WTF! On all my friends computers it works but in this city it hasn't wroked! I even stole my neighbor's internet! Would my ISP (Comcast) have anything to do with it? PLEASE HELP!!!THIS BLOG SHOULD GET ABOUT 100 unique hits a day when its up!!!!!!!!!!

Check if it works now. Before that clear all the temp files, cache etc and flush your DNS. If it still doesn't work, ping your site and post the IP.

the ip is 74.86.117.241 and it works when it wants too...
I also want to make sure with the admin people that my site dose not get suspended because I cannot get into ftp either!!!
BTW: I also need help putting ads into wordpress!!!

241 is the wrong IP..

If you have a mac, you can go to the command prompt (as its unix driven) and the following should work (make sure to get all the right spacing! the minus sign has space either side)


nslookup - ns1.x10hosting.com
ibook.pcriot.com


it should return

Server: x10hosting.com
Address: 74.86.117.243

Name: ibook.pcriot.com
Address: 74.86.133.219

if it does, we are handing out the right IP for your site, somewhere between your mac and us, something has cached the wrong IP.

On Terminal (cmd prompt) after I did what you told me to do, it said
"Server: ns1.x10hosting.com
Address: 74.86.117.243#53

Name: ibook.pcriot.com
Address: 74.86.133.219"

I just found a new problem, When it dose Work, I cannot change the mx records in cPanel either... this is a great webhost but this is CRAZY

BTW; I cannot get into cPanel or FTP either and I know my account cannot be suspended because I can log-in to the Front page and it shows
"Account Status
Unsuspended" So what the Heck is going on? The next time I can get in I am going to back up all my files and If we don't have a solution I probably Should ask someone to delete my account? Maybe my account is screwed up? What do you guys think?
