account deleted

hi,
i openen a support request last week beacuse my site was still in oldlotus after the migration. The ticket was scalated and I'm waiting for a response.

But yesterday my account was deleted, now it seems that I only have a forum account.
I do not know if this is the same issue or not. Forget this if this is this is the same thing, but in case is a new issue I open a new support request.

accounts on oldlotus were lost at some point. I don't know the details, but they should say that in a reply to the ticket. Theres a chance they can find a copy of your site in an old server backup, but i don't know what they do exactly.
The only thing i can suggest is if they say they can't restore your site, is to make a new account and use your backup(which you should have, because everyone is responsible for there own backups) to restore your site.

Yeah, I fear that maybe the case.

But I'll wait for the answer.

I hope that worst case scenario is my account restored with the same conditions, but with no data. After all they wouldn't be able to restore the data they don't have. But they can keep my account, or create a new one with the same contractual conditions and same name.

i think they can still restore mysql data.
