Account deleted?

When I go to my CPanel I'm told that there is "No web hosting account" and that, I'll need to register for a new account. I wouldn't mind doing this if the subdomain were still offered, but exofire.net is not an option available to me. Please help.

Are you using that thing called "x10hostingBasic" ?

Agreed. After I log into the portal, it's pretty empty. However, I used to have a website, and now I don't.

In the 'Account Portal' (AP) - anything said as to why your account was deleted or terminated ?
