Account deleted

Hi,

I have a problem to access to my account domain (spring.x10.mx)

I can login to support forum but I can't access my domain page with the same account email.

My site it's down.

Unfortunately it appears the account was removed; spring.x10.mx returns an error about the domain not existing, and the login-log does show the prior cPanel username logged into no longer exists due to termination. Based on the login times which were 5-2, and then 7-4, it looks like the account was suspended for inactivity and removed from the servers. You would be more than welcome to recreate the account, but we are unable to restore the content from the prior account due to the termination.
