Account deleted???

Hello,

My username is chkaiban and my domain is chkaiban.com I tried to update my site and it gave me dns error and when I tryde to log on to my cpanel to check the account I received a notification that I must link my forum account to my hosting, I entered my log in name and received the following error "account name not found"

:s does this mean I have to create everything from scratch including uploading all the files??

What does inactivity means? people visiting the site or me logging in? Plus what is the the time of inactivity before the account is deleted?

In accordance with the terms of service http://x10hosting.com/termsofservice which you agreed to, activity is counted by logging into the forums, which you must do at least every 2 weeks. If you fail to do so it is marked as inactive, once this remains for a couple more weeks, you are deemed not to have wanted your account and it is recycled.

So yes, your account was deleted and all that went with it.
