Account Deletion (cbank2)

The hosting (cbank2) and forum (jdf008683) accounts are no longer in use and I request to have these accounts deleted ASAP.
I further request to have notification sent (jdf0086@gmail.com) upon successful account termination.

Please reply to this thread - do not start a new thread. Be sure to include your cPanel username where indicated and insert an X inside the parentheses where indicated.

Just to add to the information here, forum accounts are never deleted here.
