( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Please put an X between the parentheses to confirm that you have all required backups.

i think it just take a several minutes ??
It will take the time it takes for an account manager to review the thread and start the deletion process. We prefer human interaction than cold machine generated responses. :p

@xav0989

I can. and i already escalate 2 or 3 threads
Until you are a community advocate or higher, the escalate ability does not work. You can see it, you can click it, but the escalation is not made. I tried to escalate threads as well when I was not a Community Advocate.

The second one was not escalated... If you are not an community advocate or higher, it simply closes the thread. I suspect an account manager escalated the first thread after you closed it.

The first one did appear as to be escalated in the forums, but never appeared in the ticket system.
The second was as mentioned only closed.

Please do not click escalate as it does appear to not be working when you do. As xav0989 does say, only community advocate and higher can escalate all threads. Normal users should however be able to escalate their own thread if I remember correctly, which is probably why you can see and can click the button. None of the threads I seen you say you escalated were actually escalated.
