Account Deletion Request - Please delete my free hosting account.

What is your Cpanel username.Your forum account is not linked to any hosting account ?

I have two accounts. I am not sure what the cPanel username is. I think they both may be "duboy".

One e-mail is: ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com
The other: ericdu.x10hosting1@soodonims.com

Can you just delete them both? I will start from scratch. Thank you.

I still have a bit of an issue. When I want to update my e-mail address for the account that this forum account is linked to, "ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com", it still says the e-mail is in use even though it's been terminated?

Go to https://x10hosting/control/login.php and login with forums username and password, After that go to http://x10hosting.com/signup.php and register a new hosting account under this forums account

My forum account is already linked to my account under the username, "duboy".

The problem is, the e-mail address listed under my account "duboy" is "ericdu.x10hosting1@soodonims.com", and I want to change it to "ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com".

However, when I try to change it, I get an error saying the e-mail address "ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com" is already in use because of my prior account that I was told was already deleted.

In any case, my main problem I need resolved right now is that, where the blue box is, under "contact email", I need to change "ericdu.x10hosting1@soodonims.com" to "ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com". The problem is that I cannot seem to do so because I get an error saying the e-mail address I want to change to is still in use, while earlier in the thread, I was told that that account was deleted.

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with email "ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com" and password.

This is your other client account, change email of this account to some other email. Then come back to this account and change your email.

Alright, I will just change it to some other random e-mail.

I do think it would be wise, though, to rid the account entirely. But that is up to the hosting team's discretion, I suppose.
