That cPanel username does not seem to be associated with any hosting account. Please double check this information.

cPanel usernames are also only 8 characters or less long. The one you gave is 14 characters long.

Edit: Your details show no hosting account created, but there is one still pending creation.

actually i don't have a hosting account yet it is on pending creation.
i want to delete this account and my forum account also

An admin will have to take care of that. But forum account are never deleted here.
