The admins are working on the servers and don't have time to delete an account.. It will take them off track.. I suggest you leave the account alone..

Well, the problem is though, this old account is using the email that I want to set my new account to. But I can't change the email on this account apparently, it will still send emails to the old email and recognize me on the old email. Although, I guess you could consider that related to the servers, so perhaps it will fall under the jurisdiction of the admins' current work.
