Account deletion

is there a way to completely restart your accounts? Or delete them? Because somehow my accounts got screwed up and I can't edit them via FTP nor the CP. I need to delte the following accounts.

jdwk.exofire.net

&

juniordworks.exofire.net

neither seem to be working correctly. (I created the second one hoping it would work, and I changed the name to the old one, and it didn't work too well.) Any help?

First of all please go back and read the terms of service and show me where it says you are "allowed more than one account. http://x10hosting.com/termsofservice

Once you have done that then i will get you straightened out.

Ok. Read it all. It seems to be in the Server Usage Area, at the last part of the first paragraph. Sorry about making two accounts, Just trying to fix the problem without using up anyone's time.

1. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. x10Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone. Each individual is allowed ONE account only.

Since it has been posted and you have "Read" the terms of service i will terminate both accounts. You can then resign up and please only create one account.

This is what you want me to do correct?

I will need the cPanel names of both accounts.

I have terminated both accounts. Now if you are caught again with Multiple Accounts, all accounts will be terminated.
