Account Didn;t Get Set Up

I used to have an account on x10hosting.com but I wanted to delte it due to problems with registring a domain.
After delteing the account I tried signing up for another account. Here is the infromation I used.
Username: joshande
Subdomain: joshandeep.x10hosting.com

It has been almost a week since I signed up and I never got any information.

So I tried signing up agian. But no luck. It says the username and domain name is already in use.
Help Plz.

Well we have closed signups right now due to the server being moved.. your account will be created once the server move is completed.
