Account disabled?

Hi,

I have noticed that I can no longer log on to my control panel (even though the account name and password are right)

my post regarding this problem is here Lost my control panel.

It appears that the illuminated server is down for me so now I cannot access the cpanel or ftp to my account. (I checked the server updates and didn't find notice on illuminated server downtime so I conclude that must be because my account is disabled?)

Please help me fix these problems.

Hi has anyone seen this and chosen to ignore my problem? Please give me at least some sort of an answer please.

the login page still does not recognize my credentials and I don't know why.
