Account disabled

I am paying for a starter account, but my account is disabled. Is there a way to re enable my account, or get a refund?

What do you mean by disabled? What does it say when you log into your account panel at https://x10hosting.com/panel

When I try to log into the Hosting Control Panel, I put my credentials in and it just shows "Your account is disabled"

Can you log out of the dashboard and then log in and re-attempt this?

Wow, did someone do something? After like 4 or 5 days, it is now working. I've tried several times on 3 different devices, and nothing... If anyone did anything, thanks a lot!
