Account Disabled

I am able to log in to https://x10hosting.com/login, and it says my free service is active.
However, when I click the "Hosting Control Panel" button (https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login) and try to log in, I receive the following error message:

Your account is disabled

← Back to the login page

When attempting to access my x10 subdomain, the following error message is displayed:

This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.

Can this issue be corrected?
