Account e-mail already in use but can't get password reset

I'm trying to register another account using another e-mail address but I keep getting told that there is already an account set-up with that e-mail. I do not get a password reset or any kind of e-mails to this e-mail from x10hosting.com. Is there anyway to reset this account and delete it? I can't access cPanel (nor do I have any recollection of creating an account on x10hosting.com with the e-mail account in question.

Check your spam folder - I'm seeing http://bodybiologist.x10host.com/ linked to your account, which kinda matches your forums username "bodybiol". Email is a gmail account with "an.we" in the mailbox name.

The e-mail on this account isn't the e-mail I'm referring to. I'm trying to create a new account with my work e-mail (not this e-mail address) but it's saying it's already been registered. Thanks for your reply though!
