I had a free hosting account on which I have a few photos from Japan on display. At first, I was paying a small feel to keep the account active while bypassing the forum activity requirements. If I remember right, I had to upgrade it to a "prime" account a couple of years ago but it was a one-time fee. I don't pay 3.95/month which what the prime account looks like now. I don't access the account very much; the photos are only there for people to look at, usually after following the link in my email signature. Months ago, I received an email telling me my account was about to expire and that I needed to pay the fee, but the link provided in the email takes me nowhere, and I cannot find anywhere on the X10hosting.com site to make a payment. I have tried opening helpdesk tickets but never receive a response from anyone.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Thank you.

The fee you refer to is what today is Prime, which you appear to currently have applied on your account, and is a yearly (or semi-annual or quarterly) option to among other things bypass the login requirement, to my knowledge it has never been a one-time fee that lasts forever.

What you see as costing $3.85 /month is Premium hosting, which is something completely different from what you are seeking.

The Prime upgrade is currently undergoing some maintenance and re-organisation. All accounts that had an active Prime subscription per January 1st 2013 automatically had a one year extension applied, this was informed in the Prime part of the forums as well, much due to the work planned for it.

Right now you can not purchase an extension of that, but when it comes back as an option you will find it in your portal under "Get support".
