Hi there..........

I have a small problem.........

In one of your posts it is said that forum + account linking is done automatically as of 08/22/07
I got my account recently and i'm not sure whether its linked properly......

I login to http://www.x10hosting.com/account with my forum username and password......So that means that the account is linked to my forum account.....

But then from my account administration when i go to support options and forums ,it asks me to login to forums with my forum username again......
why is that ????

I mean if both the accounts are linked it should log me in automatically i suppose.......
Why is this happening ????

Is everything ok ??? Or have i messed up something ???

Can somebody check if both my accounts are linked.......

Thanks

Your account is linked correctly.

The login systems are not linked. So you have to login to each one separately.

Ok.Thank you very much............

I have another final question...............

If u had a subdomain at x10hosting.com as well as a registered domain would u keep your registered domain as the main domain or would u use it as a parked domain ???

Plz tell me the reason too...........

If you still want the subdomain, part the domain.
If you don't, set it as your main domain.

Now i have set my main domain to http://www.anzil.co.cc

and it works too........

But in the browser if I type http://anzil.co.cc it doesn't show up..........

why is that ???

Normally if u type google.com in the address bar it shows up as www.google.com

EDIT:OK problem solved...........Changed my main domain back to subdomain@x10hosting and parked the registered domain.........

Thanx a lot for all your help. The support out here is awesome !!!!!!!!

When you change your main domain, you should set it WITHOUT the "www.", if now it will not work correctly.

Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
