Hi, I have an account here on x10hosting and I also have a website that I had been working on. I have left my website unattended for a few months and I recently accessed the email address which is connected to this account, and I was sent a message that said my account has been suspended due to inactivity. However, the message said that this was reversible.
After following this link: https://x10hosting.com/portal/, the page reads, 'No Web Hosting Account - You will need to register for a new account.'
I want to know how I can get not only get my account back up, but my website as well.
