Account gone

My accounts gone ? I cant login to ftp/cpanel or site and I tried to use http://x10hosting.com/login but it says An error has occurred The username specified does not exist. im tried 4 times and get the same everytime and on my site it says
Hosting Account Suspended
Your account has been suspended by the administration. For more information, click the button below.

But im been following the rules for posting and login to the forum to keep site active please someone help me

Did you fail to comply with the Terms and conditions of having a site? Did you fail to login to the forum at least once every 10 days? These are possible reasons for your account to be susspended. Also if you leave your account susspended for a certain amount of time it'll be deleted.

I believe you'll have to request that your account be unsusspended.

its just happend now my site was up and running 30mins ago and as for T&C yes I was within them and as for posting/coming in to forum yeah im been in here nearly everyday this week and last and as my account is only 2 weeks old
