If you had a nulled/hack version of software (usually vBulletin ) on your site, you will not be allowed back into your account for any reason.

After 10 days, your account, files and data, will be deleted.

I have vBulliten but how I repaired my fault and Prevent delete the site I hope you let me know and thank you very much

You seem to admit that the vBulletin script was nulled (i.e. you did not pay for it). Is that what you are saying?

You cannot do anything. Your account will be deleted. Next time, do not use stolen property.

You are not allowed to backup any file in your account.

The only way to get your backup is to unsuspend the site. That won't happen. It will stay suspended and then deleted.
