Account has disappeared with no apparent reason 404 code seen

My account - html5online.x10host.com has disappeared I received a message to log in, but now it is returning 404 - there is no obvious reason. Have a breached a rule or failed to long in frequently enough. I am very happy with X10 which provided a great service and would like to carry on with this account - not start a new one. Please reinstate it if you can.

I can now get in to get my data - which is obviously very helpful - as the password is now working. I am still getting 404 messages on all sites. This looks to me as though I have breached a rule but I am not sure what is might be or whether there is a technical error. I am very happy with X10 and would like to continue. If the issue can be resolved please let me know.

Can you confirm which domain you are seeing 404 on? I can view your site without issues at this time.
